I don't really have a list of the top 5 knifers, most guys you listed all have weak spots here and there. But I would have to say the BEST knifer I ever saw/faced was (in the old days, not now) was Russiacloud...dude was unbeatable back in the day (2007). But he moved on now

Odin is an american knifer. He kill all from a distance ffs but well I think he got the ping effect against me =S

Their members are kinda nice but my ping is 150 there :\
