Not really if you pay for shit it's yours.

Just like if you pay for a burger (think of it as BE) it's fucking YOURS you can do whatever the hell you want with it. And if you add some cheese (recruit) without the whole burger (BE clan members) knowing it's your right because I don't think your friends or clan members can tell you what to do and what to do with your burguer (who to recruit, etc).
