Complain over an other member!

I don't know if this is the right place for complains but it is the best place I could find.
Well I'm complaining over this "Jonaskill2142" or what the hell he's called.
My reason why I choose to complain about him is because:

- He doesn't follow the rules (even when run started)
- If no other admin is on the server he starts to cheat (not always but often)
- I tell him to stop serveral time but he doesn't listen and plays the stupid idiot
- He doesn't seem to have a brain to understand what I'm saying
- He talks a language I don't understand
- He gives the clan a bad reputation

I HOPE YOU TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE AS LONG HE'S ON THE SAME SERVER AS ME I'M BOTHERED!!!

Okay... jonaskill might be appear a bit inactive to you, but he sent me 2 pm's allready.
He's a nice kid, but he isn't online a lot. He is from Belguim and you can't always expect people to speak English, no matter how normal that may seem to you.
Jonas didn't join a Belgium server without a reason.

Look he may be nice but he still breaks the rules and gives the clan bad reputation.
But of course I don't want him out from the clan, I just want him to understand when he does wrong.

i can make an arrangement with him

first warning i give

if he abuses his admin status and dont behave

then he can lose admin status (variable time)

2nd warning

defenitly no admin

3rd Clan Kick

this counts for all members

i hope i dont have to do this in future

I have A complaint, so listen up :
N@me pro alias n3w_skulls, or whatever, said he was appointed CO-leader.
I'm not sure that is a good idea because i found out he... isn't really a nice person during a knife round.
Of course he is a good knifer, but he isn't really "verdraagzaam", like we say here in holland
I just don't know what the english word is XD

He threatened me for calling someone an aimbotter (103 kills - 2 deaths) and he called people names. And i would never do the last(haha)

He also kicked someone with every breath he took.

Before skulls became an admin he was a really nice guy, and i think i had placed n@me pro in my friends list before, but he probably can't handle the pressure of being an admin or he thinks he has to do EVERYTHING by himself. there were three other KOJ members online that round. Me, Vinco and War. Our new recruit was also there.

He is a good knifer and nice guy....

I do agree he was kicking everyone lol, maybe a bit over the top

But i think he got angry when you called one of the best knifers an aimbotter xD

I think this may have just been a one off and is no way murai's fault.
